I just pulled up my email and first saw that I had a 20% gift certificate that I was not aware of before I came to your restaurant last week. To my surprise, the next email from you indicated that you had credited my 20% back to my credit card. I must say that this is impeccable service. My wife and I enjoy your restaurant but as you know we have many choices. I will clearly look to come back much more often as a result of this experience. My birthday is coming up and we are already planning to come back for that date. Thank you again, you have gained a much more dedicated customer.
