Clever Returns began in 1997 as part of Clever Ideas, Inc. The goal was to help companies identify, track and communicate with their best customers in order to build stronger relationships with this lucrative clientele. The program began as CLICK/ValuedMember®, a discrete loyalty program, which required minimal effort from our clients and their customers.

We are not the big dog in the industry. We won’t be taking you to free sporting events or golf outings, which you’d pay for eventually. We keep our costs down so we can keep our fees below what it would cost you to do it yourself. This allows you to get what you asked for at a mutually beneficial price.
